We kindly request that you accept the package and send us photos of the broken item immediately. We will send you replacement item immediately, and you can use the non-broken items in the meantime.
Rejecting the package is also an option, but please note that if your ordered items are no longer in stock, we will not be able to ship a new package until the old package is returned or new items have arrived.
